We will present you with a menu of 18 courses, in which we use more than 100 different ingredients in a unique way and after which you will feel elevated.

Elite

Our 12 courses will show you a path of taste, bliss and surprise. In the end, you will be consumed
by the desire to return to Levitate and try the full Mystery menu. With us, you will discover the unknown and as yet untasted.

We have chosen to serve a distinct and considered set menu to all guests that highlights the Czech seasons and the expression in our cuisine.

The drink menus are developed daily to add an extra dimension and highlight carefully curated beverages.

A 10% Service Charge will be added to your bill. We accept orders for the vegetarian Flora menu and the pescetarian Aqua menu at least 24 hours in advance.
